Honda Reaches 100 million Automobiles Milestone

Honda Motor Co., Ltd. have announced that the company has reached the 100 million-unit milestone in global automobile production.

Honda began producing automobiles in 1963 with the production of the T360 mini-truck and the S500 sports car. A year later saw the construction of the first Honda plant dedicated to automobile production in Sayama City, which promptly began production of the iconic S600 roadster.

Since then, Honda has continued to grow its annual production volume, line up and the range of countries it exports the brand to. Today, Honda has 34 automobile production plants across five continents, including the UK’s Swindon which has been charged with producing the 2017 Honda Civic and distributing it all over the globe.

We can introduce you to a selected panel of lenders, which includes manufacturer lenders linked directly to the franchises that we represent. An introduction to a lender does not amount to independent financial advice and we act as their agent for this introduction. Our approach is to introduce you first to the manufacturer lender linked directly to the particular franchise you are purchasing your vehicle from, who are usually able to offer the best available package for you, taking into account both interest rates and other contributions. Our aim is to secure the best deal you are eligible for from our panel of lenders. If you ask us what the amount of commission is, we will tell you in good time before the Finance agreement is executed.
