His colleagues "cheered" and "clapped" when Nilesh was announced as the second recipient of Crown’s bi-annual Danny Delucia Memorial Award. Nilesh is an unsung hero of the company and is very deserving of the award.
Nilesh had this to say: "Thank you to the managers that nominated me for the Danny De Lucia memorial award, I am really pleased to be the 2nd winner for this award and I know the other nominees were just as deserving."

A massive congratulations to Nilesh for his years of on going hard work and dedication at Crown. And congratulations to all 8 runner ups that where also nominated for the award!
Danny was a legend in the Honda UK network and held numerous records and titles for being the top salesman in the country and at the same time always giving the very highest level of customer service.
In 2021 we asked for suggestions from the team at Crown for ideas to help us to remember our great friend and colleague Danny and it was from there that the idea was born for “The Danny Delucia Memorial Award”.
The winner would be voted for by the staff and would be for a team member that had done something exceptional. Why exceptional? That’s simple, it’s a word that encapsulates what Danny was all about. For 20 years he was exceptional in everything he did. Secondly, because the word can relate to literally anything we do, from fundraising to customer care, to achieving your personal goals to an extraordinary act of kindness. Anything that is viewed as exceptional could earn you a nomination for this award.
