Can I buy a new or used car online?

Short answer...yes! Due to dealerships being closed throughout the UK's Nationwide lock down, buying a car online is now the new normal.
Thanks to the marvel of modern technology, dealerships can show customers around a car from the comfort of their own home, at a time that suits them via virtual walk arounds and test drives.
Of course during the time of a video call, the customer can ask the salesmen whatever burning questions that they may have or ask to look at a particular area of the vehicle.

To help you decide on your purchase, there are plenty of videos that can be found across the web, reviewing every aspect of each car.
So be sure to do your research on Youtube, and watch a variety of non-biased test drives for the car that you have your eye on.

Crown Suzuki have tried to provide as much information as possible about each particular car, we have added videos on to each models webpage as well as a link to their PDF brochure.
Of course you can always give us a call or send us an email if you want to chat about anything in particular.

Should I Reserve or buy?

Buying either a new or used online without seeing it physically or test driving it requires a lot of trust in the seller. Which is why Crown Suzuki also provide the option to reserve a car for £99.
Reserving a car means you are in no way committed to purchasing, but it allows you time to do your research and consider your purchase, and let's us know not to sell the car to anyone else during that reservation period.

I still want to test drive before I buy!

Respecting current restrictions and Government Guidelines, Crown Suzuki can offer unaccompanied test drives of any new and used car at either our dealership in Hendon or your own home.
In preparation of your test drive, the car's touch points are fully sanitised. Upon meeting, social distance is respected and masks required by both staff and customer throughout the engagement.

Customers will be shown the basic controls of the car and given a set amount of time to get a feel of it.
