Use the Suzuki Connect app to make owning and driving a Suzuki easier than ever:

​• Remote Vehicle Monitoring: Users can remotely check their vehicle's status, such as fuel level and mileage directly from their smartphone.

Vehicle Location Tracking: The system allows owners to track the location of their vehicle in real-time, providing peace of mind and added security in case of theft or unauthorised use.

• Geo-Fencing: Suzuki Connect enables users to set geographical boundaries for their vehicle. They receive alerts on their smartphone if the vehicle enters or exits these predefined areas, which can be useful for monitoring teen drivers or deterring theft.

• Remote Control Functions: Certain models equipped with Suzuki Connect may offer remote control features, such as locking/unlocking doors, starting the engine, or activating the horn and lights, all from the convenience of a smartphone app

• Emergency Assistance: In case of an accident, Suzuki Connect can automatically notify emergency services and provide the vehicle's GPS coordinates, ensuring prompt assistance when needed.

• Maintenance Alerts: The system sends notifications to remind users of upcoming service appointments or maintenance requirements based on the vehicle's mileage or diagnostic data.

WHAT SUZUKI MODELS ARE COMPATIBLE WITH SUZUKI CONNECT?

Currently the newest Suzuki S-CROSS Motion and Ultra are compatible models. More compatible models coming soon.

DO I NEED A SMARTPHONE TO USE SUZUKI CONNECT?

Yes.

HOW DO I APPLY FOR A CORPORATE ACCOUNT?

Corporate accounts are not available but you can use the service by registering an account in the same way as individual customers.

DO I NEED A CREDIT CARD TO REGISTER FOR SUZUKI CONNECT?

Yes, you do. However, other methods such as debit card, direct debit, and Paypal are also planned to be available, and the service is free for the first year starting from the warranty start date so no payment will be taken

IS THERE A FEE FOR SUBSCRIBING TO SUZUKI CONNECT?

After the first year, which is free of charge, you will select a payment plan. According to the terms agreed to when you register for and sign this contract, charges will begin.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I PURCHASE A VEHICLE CAPABLE OF USING SUZUKI CONNECT BUT CHOOSE NOT TO ACTIVATE THE SERVICE?

You can use your car normally without a Suzuki Connect contract. Still, having a Suzuki Connect contract offers various convenient and reassuring features that will make your experience with the car even better.

DO I NEED TO REGISTER WITH SUZUKI CONNECT TO MAKE E-CALL OPERATE?

No – E-Call is always available regardless of your Suzuki Connect registration status

CAN I CANCEL MY CONTRACT TO SUZUKI CONNECT AT ANY TIME?

You can cancel your contract at any time yourself on the Suzuki Connect member website.

ARE THERE ANY PRECAUTIONS TO BE TAKEN WHEN SELLING A CONNECTED CAR?

Be sure to follow the cancellation procedures for Suzuki Connect.

ARE THERE ANY COMMUNICATION CHARGES FOR USING SUZUKI CONNECT?

When using various app services (e.g. remote control), data communication charges for smartphones are the responsibility of the user.

IF I SELL A CONNECTED CAR, WILL THE NEXT OWNER INHERIT PREVIOUS INFORMATION ABOUT WARNING LIGHT NOTIFICATIONS AND REPAIR NOTIFICATIONS?

The new owner won’t be able to view such information.

HOW LONG IS THE WARRANTY PERIOD FOR THE ON-BOARD DCM?

The warranty period is the same as for the vehicle: 36 months or 60,000 miles which ever comes first.

HOW WILL THE INFORMATION THAT HAS BEEN SENT TO SUZUKI BE HANDLED AFTER I SELL MY VEHICLE?

Suzuki will retain personal information for the required period in accordance with the terms described in the Suzuki Connect Privacy Policy.

I CAN’T LOG IN TO THE APP. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Check the following:

• Make sure you have entered your login ID or password correctly.

• Check if the contract expired on the Suzuki Connect member website. Click here.

I FORGOT MY LOGIN ID AND PASSWORD FOR THE APP. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Your ID is the E-mail address you registered. If you forget your password, you can reset it from the login page.

HOW MANY APP USERS CAN BE REGISTERED FOR ONE CAR?

One primary user and up to 4 secondary users per car can be registered.

IF I SHARE A CONNECTED CAR WITH OTHER FAMILY MEMBERS, CAN WE SHARE THE APP?

The app can’t be used jointly. Only one primary user can be registered for a Suzuki Connect car. If somebody knows your ID/password, they will be able to use it from any smartphone, so please be very careful. In addition to primary users, secondary users (up to 4) with separate IDs and passwords can be registered.

WILL A STATUS NOTIFICATION BE SENT TO MY SMARTPHONE EVEN IF THE APP ISN’T RUNNING?

Yes, push notifications will be sent to your smartphone in accordance with your selected notifications settings.

HOW DO I DELETE SECONDARY USERS?

Primary users can delete secondary users from the app settings, and secondary users can also delete themselves
