On Tuesday 30th November the Motor Industry gathered at London’s famous Grosvenor House Hotel on Park Lane at the first live event since 2019. On the evening the 2021 winners of the Motor Trader Industry Awards were announced at a glamorous award dinner by the celebrity host Mr John Culshaw.
Crown Suzuki which opened its doors in January 2020, had been nominated for an award. – “The best new dealership”.
This Award was open to all manufacturers’ that had opened a new dealership in the last two years across the whole of the United Kingdom.
The judges were looking for a clear and well executed launch plan and evidence of a good sales performance, innovative marketing and excellent customer service.
On the evening it was announced that Crown Suzuki was the best new dealership in the country.
The dealership was unanimously voted for by the panel of judges and was described on the evening as being head and shoulders above the other nominations.
After what has been a very difficult period for a new business, it was fantastic to see that all the hard work and dedication of Richard and the rest of the team had been officially recognised.
