Suzuki leads the Automotive sector and ranks 15th overall among 270 organisations measured in various sectors. The index gauges customer satisfaction nationwide by surveying over 15,000 consumers, who rate their experiences with companies across 13 sectors, including the automotive industry.

The latest UKCSI collected feedback from over 59,000 customer experiences across all industries, with 4,000 from Automotive. Suzuki excelled in customer satisfaction and reputation within the Automotive table, scoring significantly above the industry average of 79.0 points. Notably, Suzuki outperformed other Automotive brands by nine places in the overall rankings. In the UKCSI's Automotive sector, Suzuki claimed the top spot for Customer Ethos and Experience. Its Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 27.1, compared to the all-sector average of 18.7, further highlights its strong brand advocacy.
